Details, details... We rent weekly, Saturday to Saturday, during the summer. To reserve your dates it is 50% of the rental fee down as a reservation deposit. The balance plus a $250 refundable security deposit are due 30 days prior to your reserved start date. All your deposit money is refunded if you cancel at any time up to 30 days before the rental start date, for any reason. For cancellations less than 30 days before your start date, we will try to re-rent the week; depending on our ability to re-rent we may be able to refund prorated amounts. In other words, we will try to work with you

Spring, Fall and Winter months are at reduced rates and also are available for weekends or other time periods, with a two night minimum.

Renters bring their own linens...this includes sheets, pillow cases, towels, and beach items.  Blankets and pillows are provided. Linens may be provided for an additional $45 charge.  Renters are emailed an information letter before their arrival that contains comprehensive information and directions, including the current "lock-box" combination renters use to access the key to the property.

The "lock-box" holds the entry key (pictured above).  It is a simple device commonly used by Realtors. It's found on the wall near or on the door at the cottage's main entryway.

Information for Pet Owners
Our pet policy:  We may allow responsible pet owners the privilege of bringing one dog. (Sorry, no cats.) Please include your pet's information (size, breed, training, behavior, sex & fixed, etc) in your request. Pet owners MUST clean up after their pet.  This includes the beach!  Children play there!

Credit Cards: It is possible for us to accept Visa & MC credit cards via PayPal, but due to the big fat fees they charge, we prefer a plain old personal check to be mailed to us.

We are an absolutely, strictly and positively smoke-free environment!
